Pricing
Pricing is mainly in US Dollars and does not include set up, customs, duties, taxes or shipping. Pricing may or may not include one imprint. Call for details. Pricing does not include: graphics, artwork, imprinting, multiple colours, duties, customs, taxes, shipping, rush fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellation:
All orders are considered firm once deposit has been made. For our Corporate Status clients, all orders are considered firm once a PO# has been received at CYNCOR. |
Indemnification / Right to Promote:
Customers must warrant that they have the right to use the logos, marks, symbols or designs featured in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold CYNCOR harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.
We reserve the right to use all our imprinted products in our advertising catalog and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order. |
Terms:
All first order, custom orders and large orders require a MINIMUM 50% deposit. Please email CYNCOR to request Net Terms. accounting@cyncor.com

Shipping:
Delivery will be by a ground shipment courier of CYNCOR's choice unless specified by customer.
We cannot be liable for carrier delays or damage during transportation. |
Returns:
No imprinted items will be accepted.
Goods returned can only be made within 7 days of original shipment.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Contact us for a RAN.
There will be a minimum 25% restocking charge plus any shipping or administration charges. |
Samples:
Samples will be invoiced and are refundable if returned in unused condition within 15 days. |
Disclaimer:
Most products shown are in US Dollars. Admin fees, set up, duties, customs and shipping are not included when shipping from the USA. Every effort will be made to ensure uninterrupted supplies of products shown in this site. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be liable for temporary shortage of stock, slight color variations in different dye lots, minor changes in production specifications, as well as delays caused by customs, shortage of quota, shipping and Acts of Nature. |
Artwork:
Price is based on receipt of to-size, camera ready, color-separated typeset artwork.
Artwork which requires additional touchups will incur extra charges at an hourly rate of $100.00 with a minimum of 1 hour.
Artwork format required by CYNCOR should be 600 d.p.i. or electronic file for Adobe Illustrator at or lower than CS2, or eps. |
Color Matching:
PMS coding is available for a fee. However, quality of logos printed on paper may deviate from those printed with silk screening, embroidery, debossing or other forms of decorating on fabrics. Requests for PMS coding are a minimum of $85.00 per colour/logo. |
Production Proofs:
Setup charges plus cost of the item 1-12 pieces category and shipping charges apply. |
Lead Time:
All blank goods are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Most emboidered goods can be produced within 2 to 3 weeks after the receipt of artwork.
Always call to verify lead times when delivery dates are critical. |
Overruns / Underruns:
We do our best to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to over or under ship by 15% and bill accordingly. |
Order Confirmation:
Order Confirmations must be received in writing by fax or email with purchase order number, name and contact information of the authorized purchaser. A minimum 50% deposit will be required unless privileged status has been given by CYNCOR. CYNCOR retains the right to reject, hold or delete any order for any client who's account is not in good standing. |
Rush:
All orders required to be shipped less than 10 full business days from point of order may incur additional rush charges. |
Sales and Specials
All sales or special pricing are available only to Corporate Clients with good standing credit at CYNCOR. We retain the right to refuse sale prices to clients with outstanding account balances. |
